Environment / auth

TOPICFORGE_MODE
mock (deterministic fixtures, no ROS2 needed), live, or auto. Defaults to auto.
TOPICFORGE_DDS_BACKEND
DDS backend: mock, cyclone, fast, or auto. Requires the matching extra, e.g. pip install topicforge[dds].
TOPICFORGE_DDS_DOMAIN_ID
DDS domain id to observe, 0-232. Joined at startup; changing it requires a restart.
TOPICFORGE_TELEMETRY
Opt-in anonymous telemetry, off by default. When off, no network code path executes.
