What is cs-feat-accept?
This is a legacy compatibility shim for the cs-feat skill. It maintains backward compatibility for existing calls to cs-feat-accept by forwarding them to cs-feat with the acceptance stage parameter. New requests should use cs-feat directly instead.

执行规则
- 按已安装 skill 名称加载
cs-feat作为权威主协议，不把兄弟目录相对路径当作主路径。 - 在当前 run 按
cs-feat主协议继续执行，并带上入口意图requested_stage: acceptance。 - 不要要求用户重新调用
cs-feat。 - 如果当前运行时无法加载主入口协议，停止并报告兼容入口不可继续。
