centos-linux-triage FAQ
Yes. The skill uses RHEL-compatible tooling and practices, so it applies to RHEL, CentOS, Rocky Linux, and AlmaLinux.
Run `cat /etc/os-release` or `hostnamectl` to confirm. The skill will adapt guidance based on version (legacy vs. Stream).
The skill checks SELinux context and policy. Use `ausearch` and `audit2allow` to review denials, then either adjust policy or relabel files as appropriate.
All triage steps are read-only. Remediation commands are provided with context; test in a non-prod environment first if possible.
The skill detects your firewall state. If using iptables or no firewall, guidance adapts accordingly.
