Guidelines for writing and reviewing clear, human-sounding Chinese tech newsletter content without AI flavor.

What is chinese-writing?

A comprehensive style guide for AIGC tech newsletter writers and reviewers, emphasizing clarity, restraint, authenticity, and conciseness. Use this to generate and audit high-quality Chinese tech news summaries that prioritize factual information, active verbs, and natural pacing while eliminating common AI clichés and marketing jargon.

  • Provides structural templates for newsletter sections (News, Model, Tool) with specific information hierarchies
  • Establishes sentence-level rules: active voice, verb-driven prose, and Old-to-New information flow to eliminate nominalization
  • Defines a 'de-AI-fication' checklist with 7 anti-patterns (false historical claims, vague attribution, corporate puffery, etc.) and concrete replacements
  • Enforces formatting standards: Chinese-English spacing, full-width punctuation, proper name capitalization, and embedded anchor-text links
  • Supplies a four-step reviewer workflow to catch structural bloat, passive constructions, machine-generated filler words, and format violations
  • Includes before/after rewrite examples and a pre-delivery self-check checklist with 10 verification points

How to use chinese-writing

  1. 1.Read Section 1 (Core Tone) and Section 2 (Structure Norms) to understand the newsletter's philosophy: direct, fact-first, verb-driven, human-paced.
  2. 2.When drafting a new newsletter entry, follow the three-category structure (News/Model/Tool) in Section 2.3, keeping summaries to 2–4 sentences with embedded anchor-text links per Section 2.4.
  3. 3.Before finalizing any entry, scan Section 4 (De-AI-fication Anti-Patterns) and the warning-word table to eliminate clichés like '此外', '至关重要', '标志着', and vague attribution phrases.
  4. 4.If reviewing another writer's draft, apply Section 5's four-step reviewer workflow: check structure/bloat, hunt nominalization and passive voice, sweep AI filler words, verify facts and formatting.
  5. 5.Use the rewrite examples in Section 6 as templates for common scenarios (resource headlines, tool summaries, model announcements, opening paragraphs).
  6. 6.Run the final draft through the delivery self-check in Section 7 before publishing: verify Front Matter, confirm all links are embedded (not standalone), confirm 2–4 sentence limit per entry, and validate formatting rules.

chinese-writing FAQ

What is the core principle behind this newsletter style?

Four pillars: Clear (直奔主题), Restrained (克制态度), Human (真实人类感), Concise (精炼表达). The goal is to deliver high-value signals to developers without noise, corporate jargon, or machine-generated filler.

How should I embed source links in newsletter entries?

Links must be embedded as anchor text within the main sentence using the core noun (tool name, model name, company, or key feature). Never use standalone lines like '[原文链接]' or '[点击查看]'. Example: '[Sora 2](url) is OpenAI's video model supporting 60-second HD generation' — not 'Sora 2 is a video model. [Link](url)'.

What are the most common AI-generated phrases to avoid?

Section 4.2 lists 6 key warning words: '此外' (mechanical transition), '至关重要' (hollow emphasis), '深入探讨' (false depth), '不断演变的格局' (translator-speak), '作为……的证明' (vague symbolism), and '显而易见' (condescending). Replace with direct facts, specific metrics, or concrete impacts.

How long should each newsletter entry be?

Each entry consists of a title (≤15 characters) plus 2–4 sentences of core summary. Titles must be punchy and fact-forward; summaries must pack information density without padding. Anything longer risks nominalization and filler.

What should a reviewer focus on when auditing a draft?

Follow the four-step workflow in Section 5.2: (1) Check for structural bloat and waste, (2) Hunt nominalization and passive voice, (3) Sweep AI filler words and clichés, (4) Verify facts and formatting (spacing, capitalization, image Alt text, link embedding). Never praise the writer; only report concrete problems.

2.1 Front Matter

Emoji?
  • 配图:图片 Alt 简洁具体?URL 均为合法网络地址且无临时路径?
