Yes, it only retrieves and searches public auction data from courtauction.go.kr. It cannot submit bids, modify listings, or perform any write operations.
The skill is intentionally rate-limited to avoid IP blocking and excessive load on the court auction server.
You should still follow the hard rules (no payment execution, credential storage, or boundary bypass), but the CLI provides runtime-specific instructions tailored to your environment (Dolshoi vault vs generic).
You need both the court name and case number to look up a case directly.
Case number, property use type, address, appraisal value (감정평가액), and minimum bid price (최저매각가).
