How to use bullmq-specialist
- 1.Create a shared IORedis connection with maxRetriesPerRequest: null

bullmq-specialist FAQ
Delayed jobs run once after a specified delay (e.g., 24 hours). Repeatable jobs run on a schedule using cron patterns (e.g., every day at 9am). Use delayed for one-time future tasks and repeatable for recurring schedules.
BullMQ uses blocking operations that need proper reconnection handling. Without maxRetriesPerRequest: null, workers will stop processing on Redis connection issues.
Jobs may execute more than once due to crashes or retries. Design your job handlers to be idempotent—use job IDs or database checks to detect and skip duplicate work.
Pass small data like IDs and references, not full objects or payloads. This keeps Redis memory low and makes jobs portable. Fetch full data inside the worker.
Use job flows when you have multi-step processes where later jobs depend on earlier ones completing. FlowProducer handles parent-child relationships and waits for all children before marking parent complete.
