Do I need credentials to use this skill?

No plaintext credentials should be stored. The skill uses official public carrier endpoints for invoice-based lookups.

Can I bulk-track many parcels automatically?

No. The skill is limited to personal, non-organizational lookup. Systematic or bulk crawling is prohibited by the legal disclaimer.
